18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Patients with pathological or cytological diagnosis of tumor; 3. Pain intensity (NRS) score for severe pain; 4. Be conscious; be able to understand the doctor's medication plan guidance; 5. Opioid intolerance patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation; 2. Pain crisis or other oncology emergency; 3. Contraindications to strong opioids; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney function (ALT/AST/creatinine/urea nitrogen is 3 times higher than the upper limit of normal). 5. History of drug or alcohol abuse.
