Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Closed fracture 2. The affected limb is not accompanied by other multiple injuries 3. With proximal humerus fracture classified by Neer III or IV; 4. The patient's body can tolerate surgery and can be combined with functional exercise after surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to tolerate surgery, choose conservative treatment; 2. Pre-injury diagnosis of upper limb disability; 3. Pathological fracture; 4. Malnutrition and metabolic diseases that affect fracture and wound healing.
