16 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients after cardiac surgery in our center with one of the following conditions: 1. vasoactive drug index 10 = 20; 2. Euroscore score as medium risk (http://www.euroscore.org/calc.html); Apache II score 10 ±20.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not agree to sign informed consent to rehabilitation; 2. absolute contraindications for the use of rehabilitation activities (e.g. active bleeding); 3. ECMO assisted or prohibited turning over doctor's orders; 4. during the use of muscle relaxants.
