Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent; 2. Volunteers suffering from infertility; 3. Undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Antibiotics were used 1 month before surgery; 2. Contraindicated use of estrogen, such as breast cancer, endometrial cancer, high-risk groups of thrombotic diseases; 3. The patient has severe heart, lung, kidney and liver dysfunction and metabolic diseases;
