Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with primary Parkinson's disease; 2. Patients can state information about the symptoms of the disease; 3. Subjects are willing to sign informed consent and are willing to cooperate with the investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were considered by the researchers to be unable to complete the disease questionnaire as required; 2. Patients who are unwilling to sign the informed consent.
