18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent; 2. All patients were diagnosed with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion by outpatient hysteroscopy (score 5 according to the American Fertility Society (AFS)); 3. There is no other abnormal condition of uterus in hysteroscopy;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Menopause (FSH> 40 mIU/mL, 17 -estradiol < 20 pg/mL); 2. Antibiotics were used 1 month before surgery; 3. Contraindicated use of estrogen, such as breast cancer, endometrial cancer, high-risk groups of thrombotic diseases; 4. The patient has serious systemic diseases,such as evere heart, lung, kidney and liver dysfunction or metabolic diseases; 5. Patients who are allergic to probiotics; 6. Has surgical contraindication.
