Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Age: The patient is = 18 years old, and the gender is not limited; B.2 lead electrocardiogram or 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram clearly has atrial fibrillation episodes in the past 6 months. Refer to the 2016 ESC guidelines for atrial fibrillation ECG diagnostic criteria: RR interval is absolutely uneven, there is no discernible P wave, the episode lasts at least 30s, usually the most obvious V lead, including paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, persistent room Tremor, permanent atrial fibrillation, etc.; c. The patient voluntarily participates in and signs the informed consent form; d. Accept and be willing to cooperate with follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. transient atrial fibrillation or reversible atrial fibrillation (such as post-cardiac surgery, hyperthyroidism, myocarditis, etc.); b. valvular atrial fibrillation; c. radiofrequency ablation successfully cured atrial fibrillation, that is, there was no persistent atrial arrhythmia episode for more than 30 s after 3 months; d. recently, a large number of patients taking vitamin K drugs or taking contraceptives and phenytoin and other drugs that seriously interfere with warfarin and vitamin K drugs; e. combined with liver and kidney disease, liver transaminase and alkaline phosphatase exceed 1.5 times normal upper limit, serum creatinine>2mg/dl (194.5 umol/L), serum potassium>5.5 mmol/L; or combined blood and autoimmune system Primary disease; f. a tumor patient or a mentally ill patient; g. combine other primary diseases with a life expectancy of less than 3 years; h. pregnancies, planned pregnancy and lactating women have been diagnosed; i. patients with anemia and thrombocytopenia; j. there is active bleeding.
