Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteer as the subject who will sign informed consent; 2. Aged 30 to 65 years; 3. Met the diagnostic criteria for diabetes established by WHO in 1999.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypercalcemia (serum calcium higher than 2.6 mmol/L) or with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases and psychosis; 2. Pregnancy, lactation women, allergic constitution; 3. Drugs affecting bone metabolism are currently being taken.
