Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease and received PCI surgery, and their rehabilitation risk was stratified into patients with low or moderate risk;Having normal thinking and language communication ability; Resident population in hangzhou; Those who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who suffer from mental illness or cognitive impairment and cannot communicate normally;Patients with severe complications, such as severe arrhythmias (grade 2 atrioventricular block, grade 2 atrioventricular block, pathological sinus node syndrome, etc.); Patients with malignant tumor, severe liver and kidney function impairment, severe heart failure (grade IV heart function, not effectively controlled), aortic stenosis, aortic dissection, acute pericarditis or acute pulmonary edema myocarditis with cardiogenic shock; Patients with hemorrhagic disease can't take care of themselves.
