18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients aged 18 to 75 years; (2) no surgery contraindication; (3) patients underwent lobectomy; (4) ASA scored I-II grade; (5) the information of disease and premedication were complete; (6) willing to attend this study and sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients underwent other pulmonary operations rather than lobectomy; (2) patients treated by mechanical ventilation after surgery; (3) patients with the lesion involved more than one pulmonary lobe; (4) patients with a history of thoracic surgery; (5) patients with active tuberculosis; (6) patients received preoperative radiotherapy or neoadjuvant chemotherapy; (7) patients had preoperative respiratory system disease such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pneumothorax.
