18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lung cancer is primary malignancy; 2. Patients underwent left upper lobectomy and SLND; 3. The surgery is VATS using three ports approach; 4. Using 1 chest tube to conduct chest drainage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other surgery at the same time; 2. Applied postoperative mechanical ventilation; 3. Conversion to thoracotomy; 4. A history of thoracic surgery; 5. A history of pleural disease or tuberculosis could cause more pleural effusion.
