Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA I or ASA II; Aged 20-45 years; Weight 60-80 kg; Height 152-175 cm; Gestational aged 37-42 weeks; Scar uterus (Transverse incision); Patients who require TAP analgesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe thrombocytopenia; Abnormal coagulation function; Severe spinal deformity and other intraspinal anesthesia contraindications; Unable to understand the VAS of pain or to cooperate with the test; Poor anesthetic effect during the operation; Requiring intravenous adjuvant administration; Known research drug endowment or other drug allergies in this study; BMI > 30 kg/m2;Infection of TAP puncture site; Unable to implement TAP; Sedative, Hypnotic, Analgesic drugs before operation; History of neurological and psychiatric diseases; Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction, etc.
