Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Group A (n=30): A control group that donated donors to healthy relatives of kidney transplant donors or organs after death. Group B (n=30): Patients with chronic renal insufficiency in uremia, the age of the patients enrolled was =18 years old. Group C (n=30): Renal function stable group after renal transplantation, enrolled patients aged 18 years or older, all undergoing traditional single kidney transplantation for the first time, routine use of tacrolimus (or cyclosporine A) after surgery + Mycophenolate mofetil + glucocorticoid triple regimen anti-rejection therapy, renal function was within the normal range during follow-up (more than 6 months), no infection, rejection, drug nephrotoxicity occurred before and after transplantation and specimen collection. Group D (n=30): Rejection group after renal transplantation, the age of the patients enrolled in the group was =18 years old, all of which were the first to receive traditional single kidney transplantation, and routine use of tacrolimus (or cyclosporine A)+ Mycophenolate mofetil + glucocorticoid triple-linked anti-rejection therapy, T-cell-mediated rejection or antibody-mediated rejection after transplantation (all with renal biopsy, and based on the "Banff 2013 diagnosis of antibody-mediated rejection" Standard "diagnosis". Group E (n=30): Infected group after renal transplantation, the age of the patients was =18 years old, all of which were the first to receive traditional single kidney transplantation. The routine use of tacrolimus (or cyclosporine A) + mildew after surgery Phenolic acid ester + glucocorticoid triple therapy anti-rejection therapy, infection patients after transplantation, including patients with BK virus infection or drug poisoning patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18 years old; 2. Patients undergoing secondary kidney transplantation; 3. Change of immunosuppressive regimen; 4. Patients who actively request to withdraw from the trial.
