Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: It is consistent with the diagnosis of subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy, but does not include TSH elevation caused by non-thyroid causes, such as: early adrenal failure, severe non-thyroid disease recovery, chronic kidney disease, TSH receptor mutation inactivation and circulating TSH antibody.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) clear ectopic pregnancy; (2) hypothyroidism was detected before pregnancy and thyroxine drugs were taken; (3) identify the threatened abortion or inevitable abortion caused by other reasons; (4) patients with severe primary diseases, malignant tumors and/or other progressive basic diseases, such as hematopoietic system, cardio-cerebro-pulmonary liver and kidney system; (5) mentally retarded and mentally ill patients who do not cooperate with treatment; (6) incomplete data will affect the result analysis; (7) patients who have used similar drugs for treatment, such as taking relevant or antagonistic drugs, making it difficult to judge the efficacy of drugs.
