Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)aged 20 to 40 years; 2)all patients were treated with L-T4 for the first time and did not use orther thyroid function interering drugs during pregnancy; 3)the diagnosis of pre-pregnancy subclinical hypothyroidism is in line with China's 2017 guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of adult hypothyroidism; 4) the diagnosis of pregnancy combined with subclinical hypothyroidism conforms to the guidelines for pregnancy and postpartum thyroid diseases issued by China 2012.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)in vitro fertilization;more than two pregnancies;a history of habitual abortion; 2)hyperlipidemia,hypertension and diabetes before pregnancy;having a mental or neurolagical disorder; 3)combined with severe liver,kidney,lung and other organ dysfunction and coagulation abnormalities; 4)have a history of cancer;having acute or chronic infectious diseases or incomplete clinical data;
