Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lumbar spinal stenosis was diagnosed with less than 2 segmental stenosis; 2. Degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis grade I; 3. Discogenic low back pain; 4. participants new way of operation and be able to tolerate surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who cannot tolerate surgery; 2. patients with coagulopathy; 3. lumbar spondylolisthesis above 2 degrees; 4. lumbar instability and significant lumbago, with VAS scores greater than 5; 5. developmental lumbar spinal stenosis; 6. imaging showed severe lumbar spinal stenosis; 7. patients with systemic disease who cannot receive general anesthesia; 8. patients who have surgical contraindications for other diseases; 9. active infection.
