Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The unit obstetrics outpatient service files the patient and the high risk referral, and finally gives birth in our hospital the patient. The prenatal diagnosis met one or more of the following criteria: a. hypertension during pregnancy, the diagnostic criteria met the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of hypertension during pregnancy in 2015. B. gestational diabetes mellitus or gestational diabetes mellitus grade A2 (those requiring insulin treatment), the diagnostic criteria are in line with the 2014 guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus. C. fetal intrauterine growth restriction: ultrasound during pregnancy indicated that the fetal weight was less than 2 standard deviations of the same gestational age or less than the 10th percentile of the same gestational age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Meet one of the following criteria, including A. Severe congenital malformation of the fetus or newborn. B. over 50% of fetal long - range monitoring signals are lost.
