Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Refer to the 2017 clinical guidelines on the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis in China, which meets one of the following three criteria: 1. Hip or vertebral fragility fractures; 2. The BMD (bone mass density) of axial bones or the distal third of the tibia, measured by dual X-ray absorptiometry (DXA), with a T-score of = 2.5 SD; 3. Low bone mass, which was defined as 2.5 SD < T-score = 1.0 SD +fragility fractures of the proximal humerus, pelvis or distal forearm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients complicated with clinically significant cardiovascular, renal, hepatic disease; 2. Patients with mental illness or without self-knowledge; 3. Patients with secondary osteoporosis.
