18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need surgery for spinal diseases such as lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar disc herniation, and lumbar spondylolisthesis; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years; 3. ASA I-II;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who refuses; 2. Coagulation dysfunction; 3. Neuropathy; 4. Allergy to local anesthetic drugs; 5. Puncture site infection; 6. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Severe pulmonary dysfunction; 8. Mental illness; 9. History of substance abuse; 10. Recent history of acute or chronic pain; 11. Emergency surgery; 12. Pregnancy; 13. Morbid obesity (BMI=35 Kg/m2); 14. History of aspirin asthma or nonsteroidal drug allergy; 15. Previous surgical history.
