Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age=75 years old; 2.the patients undergoing elective endovascular surgery or open surgery of the aorta (abdominal aortic aneurysm and aortic dissection, etc.), peripheral vascular intervention or bypass surgery (lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion; 3.the patient agrees and signs the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients undergoing other surgical interventions at the same time.
