Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Exposed to tigecycline under the age of eight; 2. With erupted permanent teeth at the end of study; 3. Girls or boys; 4. Compliant with doctors for dental examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital diseases that affect tooth development, such as congenital ectodermal dysplasia syndrome, hereditary enamel dysplasia, and hereditary dentin dysplasia; 2. Patients with congenital syphilis history; 3. Patients with nuclear jaundice history; 4. Patients undergoing orthodontic treatment; 5. Presence of restorations treatment at the permanent teeth; 6. Patients who did not sign the informed consent of this study.
