Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 200 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus met the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria were enrolled, who were at high risk of diabetes in the age-matched type 2 diabetes,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All patients were excluded from active ulcers of the feet, visual impairment (incorrection of wearing glasses), history of brain injury (such as stroke, cerebral palsy, etc.), history of vertigo, otitis media, spinal diseases, muscle defects and other causes of falls.
