Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with tendon injury; 2)Patients who can obey the study protocol; 3) Agree to join in this study and sign the informed consent. (set the tendinopathy sample as pathological group, set the normal tendon as control group)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with hypertension, diabetes and other systemic diseases; 2)Tendon with calcification; 3)Tendon with local infection; 4)Other exceptional cases.
