18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal group: ? healthy people aged 18 to 75 years, non-smokers;? able to cooperate with color Doppler examination; ? signed an informed consent form. patient group:? 18-75 years-old non-smokers; ? definite diagnosis of liver cirrhosis (clinical diagnosis or liver biopsy),? Gastroscopy was performed within one month; ? able to cooperate with color Doppler examination; ? signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Normal group: esophageal mucosal or submucosal lesions could be seen under gastroscopy; patient group:? severe cardio-pulmonary disease, unstable condition, ? after portage shunt or devascularization, after total gastrectomy; ? highly suspected portal vein thrombosis and splenic vein thromboembolism by color Doppler ultrasound.
