Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for transplant recipients: 1. Subjects with cardiogenic shock need continuous intravenous use of inotropic drugs or mechanical assistance; 2. Subjects with end-stage heart failure who have failed to respond to medical or surgical intervention; 3. Ischemic heart failure subjects with severe coronary artery disease who cannot receive surgical coronary artery bypass grafting or stent implantation; 4. Subjects with recurrent episodes of fatal arrhythmias that have not responded to treatment; 5. Serious complications occurred after the ventricular assist device been installed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Due to the increase in the number of patients waiting for heart transplantation, the waiting time is longer and the mortality rate is higher and higher, and the number of donor hearts cannot meet the needs of the recipient. When excluding the recipient, a comprehensive consideration should be taken in combination with clinical issues. Absolute contraindications: 1. The following systemic diseases may seriously affect the life expectancy after transplantation: (1) Primary or recurrent solid organ/blood system tumors; (2) HIV antibody (+); (3) HCV antibody (+); (4) Systemic diseases involving multiple organs, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, amyloidosis, sarcoidosis; (5) Subjects with irreversible hepatic or renal insufficiency were considered for heart transplantation only; (6) Severe pulmonary disease (FEV125mmHg, transpulmonary pressure >15mmHg, lung resistance >4Wood unit; Contraindications: (1) Advanced aged >65 years; (2) Local or systemic infection (not including ventricular aid-related infection); (3) Past (or present) history of peptic ulcer; (4) Diabetes mellitus (eg, kidney, eye, or nervous system damage) with marked organ damage; (5) Changes in central or peripheral blood vessels that affect daily life; (6) Obesity, BMI>35kg/m2 or cachexia, BMI<18kg/m2; (7) Significant organ dysfunction (e.g., lung, liver, or kidney); (8) An irreversible neurological or neuromuscular dysfunction; (9) Postoperative care is affected by mental illness; (10) Obvious drug dependence or addiction to tobacco, alcohol or other substances within 6 months; (11) Heparin-induced thrombocytopenia been diagnosed within 100 days.
