45 Years to 89 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 18 years old; 2. SBP = 140 mmHg and/or DBP = 90 mmHg or prescribed antihypertensive medication for at least six months; 3. to be able to read and write the Chinese language; 4. residents of the community; 5. voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant and puerperal women; 2. evolving cancer with current/ planned treatment; 3. identified as being cognitively impaired; 4. Involving in other therapy study.
