18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. Preoperative pathological diagnosis is a malignant tumor; 3. Preoperative localization diagnosis of the tumor in the sigmoid colon, rectum, need to undergo sigmoid colon cancer or rectal cancer radical surgery; 4. Preoperative imaging examination (thoracic and abdominal enhancement CT, PET, etc.) or intraoperative examination, consider the tumor as the advanced stage, and need to perform lymph node dissection of the inferior mesenteric artery root (No. 253 group); 5. Suitable for laparoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The history of previous surgery may lead to the branching of the inferior mesenteric vessels, or the anatomy may be unclear; 2. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. The patient does not agree to sign the informed consent.
