30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? population who are diagnosed as T2DM or normal; ? aged 30 to 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? in the last 3 months there are no acute diabetic complications, such as diabetic hyperosmotic coma ,diabetic ketoacidosis, etc; ? with cerebrovascular disease, liver function damage, infectious disease or history of malignant tumor; ? with stress conditions, such as infection, surgery, trauma,etc; ? special physical conditions, such as pregnancy and lactation; ? patients in L-UAlb+HP group were treated by ACEI or ARB.
