the dextrose-containing + insulin group:Intravenous administration of 100ml of 3.75% dextrose-containing solution with 0.5u/h insulin

3 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA grade I-II; 2) aged 3-12 years; 3) pediatric surgery; 4) operation time > 2 hours; 5) general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Disagree to participate in this trial; 2) Received nerve block; 3) Received cortisol and other hormone therapy; 4) Have been admitted to ICU; 5) Coagulopathy; 6) Severe cardiopulmonary disease; 7) Severe liver and kidney disease; Significant abnormal blood glucose in diabetic patients or before surgery (>10mmol/L, <2.2mmol/L).
