Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 65-year-old with stable condition after mechanical heart valve replacement and long-term oral warfarin anticoagulation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All patients underwent Bentall, Sun's aortic valve replacement, mechanical valve replacement, coronary artery bypass grafting, infective endocarditis and artificial biological valve replacement, complicated with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency and patients under 18 years of age. Except that the follow-up time was less than 1 year, the interval between two reexamination and detection of INR was more than 90 days during the follow-up period, and the number of INR tests was less than 3 times during the follow-up period, except the patients who did not choose to insist on the follow-up in our hospital. Except warfarin allergies, while taking other antiplatelet drugs, anticoagulants and vitamins K and other drugs; except pregnant women and patients with mental illness.
