Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PCOS-IR and PCOS-NIR patients: 1. Rotterdam diagnostic criteria in line with PCOS; 2. HOMA-IR evaluation, HOMA-IR = fasting insulin (FINS)*fasting blood glucose (FPG)/22.5 = 2.69 for insulin resistance; 3. Women aged 18 to 40 years; 4. Informed consent, voluntary test, and can track observers. Normal population: (selected from our medical examination center): 1. A normal menstrual cycle has been established, and regular menstruation; 2. Healthy women aged 18 and 40 years; 3. Informed consent, voluntary test, and follow-up observers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Combined with cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases, mental patients; 3. Combined with malignant tumors, adrenal diseases or other diseases leading to organ failure; 4. Patients with glucose-6-phosphate deoxygenase (G6PD) deficiency; 5. BMI <18kg / m2; 6. Anyone who has used any hormonal drugs and drugs that have an effect on insulin secretion in the past 3 months; 7. Those who are allergic to berberine, who are suspected or have a history of alcohol or drug abuse; 8. People with poor compliance.
