Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Simple calcaneal fracture; 2. Sanders classification for II or III; 3. The affected limb is not accompanied by other multiple injuries; 4. senior surgeon surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Open fractures of the calcaneus; (2) Malnutrition and metabolic diseases that affect fracture and wound healing.
