Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological diagnosis for advanced colorectal cancer patients; 2. Patients have not underwent these treatments including surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy; 3. Patients who have signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who combined with other malignant tumors; 2. Patients who combined with serious heart and lung disease; 3. The patient had a history of using antibiotics, hormones or intestinal flora preparations 3 months before admission; 4. Patients who combined with crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and other intestinal diseases.
