Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: With stable health condition, to be able to independently move, to be able to understand and correctly answer questions and assist in completing the questionnaire; informed consent and voluntary participation in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Within six months, stroke and surgery patients who affected daily life activities occurred; cognitive impairment and dementia caused by other factors, such as large area cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, epilepsy, encephalitis, brain tumors, intracranial demyelination lesions, history of brain trauma, normal hydrocephalus, multiple sclerosis, hypothyroidism, Alzheimer's disease, etc. combined with New York Heart Disease Grading (NYHA). Patients with grade II or above; patients with severe liver and kidney diseases and malignant tumors; acute infections, autoimmune diseases, osteoarthritis, major organ failure, short-term life-threatening diseases; patients and followers who could not cooperate with the completion of the evaluation; patients who were excluded from magnetic resonance examination contraindications, or who could not cooperate with the completion of magnetic resonance examination for other reasons (e.g. claustrophobia, etc.)
