18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old; 2. The diagnosis of ulceration was more than 12 months; 3. Invalid or recurrent salicylic acid and steroid therapy; 4. Moderate and severe patients with Mayo score more than 8; 5. Who is willing to accept follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with recent acute diarrhea, sever hematochezia or fever >38.5 degree C; 2. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney diseases and tumors; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Allergic constitution; 5. Patients with abnormal bleeding and coagulation mechanism; 6. Patient with chronic or opportunistic infections (hepatitis B, hepatitis C, tuberculosis, asthma, chronic bronchitis, EB virus, cytomegalovirus, herpes virus, Clostridium difficile infection, etc.); 7. Patients with diabetes; 8.Unable to adhere to the hospital examination and follow-up, or carrying on other treatment during follow-up period.
