Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of uremia formulated in the summary of the Huangshan conference in 1992, or the diagnostic criteria of the K/DOQI expert group of the American Kidney Disease Foundation for the diagnosis of CKD5 stage in (CKD) staging of chronic renal diseases; (2) maintenance of hemodialysis for more than 3 months; (3) there was no obvious organic lesion outside the kidney, such as liver, heart and other serious disorders; (4) Voluntary signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. liver function, severe cardiac dysfunction; 2. parathyroid resection has been performed; 3. can not cooperate with the completion of the test; 4. this product and leucine allergies and people with high allergies.
