Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the ITP diagnostic criteria (refer to the Chinese expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of adult primary immune thrombocytopenia developed by the Hemostatic and Thrombusology Group of the Chinese Medical Association in 2012) (revised edition); 2. Aged <18 years; 3. Voluntary signing of informed consent; 4. Children who are in the outpatient department and ward of the Hematologic Oncology Center who are diagnosed or treated and are willing to undergo regular follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Potential subjects who meet the inclusion criteria will be excluded if they meet any of the following criteria: 1. Clearly diagnose cases of thrombocytopenia caused by other causes during clinical observation and follow-up; 2. Serious adverse reactions such as severe liver damage and drug hypersensitivity reactions during treatment; 3. Those who have a mental illness or other reasons that cannot be treated; 4. Other reasons that the investigator considered unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
