Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases that obtained approval of the informed consent after sufficient communication; 2. Patients underwent the first prostatic biopsy and obtained the pathological diagnosis. Biopsy indicators: (1) an increase in PSA (higher than 4.0 ng/ml); (2) prostatic nodular or prostate enlargement discovered via digital rectal examination; (3) a space-occupying mass in the prostate discovered via ultrasound, CT, MRI or other imaging examinations. 3. Cases that completed the follow-up and obtained the the conclusive clinical diagnosis.
