Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 65 years, ASA I, II or III; (2) Diagnosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma by imaging and laboratory examination; (3) Selective liver surgery under general anesthesia; (4) CHILD A or B; (5) No Preoperative metastasis or the history of other tumors; (6) Obtain complete follow-up information and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with known drugs allergies associated with this study; (2) Severe heart, lung or kidney diseases, severe infections or active hepatitis; (3) Diabetic patients with poorly controlled diabetes mellitus (fasting blood glucose level > 200 mg/dL); (4) Vertebral deformity or trauma/surgical history; (5) History of alcohol/drug dependence; (6) Significant abnormality of coagulation function; (7) Pregnant and lactating women.
