Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?History of acute herpes zoster with pain lasting 1-6 months after healing of the skin lesion in the acute stage Herpes is located in the back of the chest (thoracic spinal innervation area); ?Aged 60~80 years; ?After regular oral analgesics (including antiepileptic drugs such as gabapentin or pregabalin, non-steroidal analgesics, etc.), pain control was not well controlled, and the NRS score was still 4; ?Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Skin infection is present at the puncture site; ?Patients with other intractable pain that cannot be identified as herpes zoster related pain; ?Having a history of allergy to local anesthetics; ?Installation of cardiac pacemaker or suffering from serious heart, lung, kidney and other diseases and mental illness is not suitable for high-energy laser treatment; ?History of opioid allergy and abuse; ?A history of diabetes.
