Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for amblyopia: The diagnostic criteria for amblyopia refer to the expert consensus published by the Department of Strabismus and Pediatric Ophthalmology of the Chinese Medical Association in 2011; aged 12 to 35 years; visual acuity of amblyopic eye 0.15 to 0.48 (LogMAR); Patients with anisometropic amblyopia have difference in spherical diopter of =1.5D between two eyes or difference in cylindrical diopter of =1.00D; patients with strabismic amblyopia are amblyopia patients who have or have suffered from strabismus and are central gaze. Inclusion criteria for normal subjects: age 12 to 35 years; no other history of organic eye disease; best corrected visual acuity of both eyes = 0.0 (LogMAR); with normal binocular vision.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Other abnormalities in the eye; nervous system diseases; abnormal mental or psychological state; systemic diseases.
