18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA Classification Ito II; 2) Aged 20-70 years; 3) Orthopaedic surgery; 4) Operation time > 3 hours; 5) General anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) hypertension; 2) neurological block; 3) cortisol and other hormones treatment; 4) ICU admission; 5) coagulation disease; 6) severe cardiopulmonary disease; 7) severe liver and kidney disease; 8) diabetes or preoperative abnormal blood sugar (>10 mmol/L, < 2.2 mmol/L); 9) Not agree to participate in the experiment.
