18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade I-III; Female patients undergoing elective laparoscopic hysterectomy; aged 18-65 years; operation time 1.5-4 hours; informed consent of the subjects and signed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic neuropathy and chronic pain; patients with diabetes mellitus who have poor blood sugar control; opioid addiction and alcohol dependence; severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; local anesthetic allergy; contraindication of nerve block; cognitive impairment or mental disorder, unable to cooperate; patients with surgical method changes; BMI 32kg/m2.
