Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with CABG indications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Contraindications to clopidogrel; 2) Contraindications to ticagrelor; 3) Unable to stop oral anticoagulant treatment; 4) Increased risk of bradycardia events; 5) Receive strong CYP3A inhibitor/inducer treatment at the same time; 6) Patients with renal insufficiency requiring dialysis; 7) Patients without CABG were finally treated.
