Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) It is planned to undergo elective colorectal cancer under laparoscopic surgery; (2) fasting for 8 hours, banned for 4 hours; (3) aged 60-89 years, ASA grade I-III, BMI 18.5-27.5 Kg/m2; (4) Grade I-II of cardiac function, grade I-II of lung function; (4) No abnormalities in blood routine and blood lipid examination; (5) No drugs affecting hemorheology and coagulation function, such as anticoagulants, were used within one week before surgery; (6) intraoperative bleeding was estimated to be less than 0.8 body weight, and blood transfusion was not required during and after surgery; (7) The pneumoperitoneum pressure during surgery is controlled to 12-15 mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient has a history of severe heart disease such as myocardial infarction in the past 6 months and a history of heart failure in the past 3 months; (2) the patient has anemia, hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, liver and kidney dysfunction, Coagulation function and platelet abnormalities, peptic ulcer, preoperative infectious diseases and other blood system diseases; (3) surgical contraindications, dura mater Outer cavity block contraindications; (4) perioperative blood transfusion; (5) objection to the study process, rejecting participants.
