Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral lower extremity surgery requires a tourniquet patient, ASA I to II, aged 18 to 65 years, body mass index (MBI) 18 to 30 Kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertension, liver and kidney dysfunction, unable/unwilling to participate in the experiment; Known local anesthetics and patients allergic to inhaled anesthetics; Recently taking drugs that have an effect on the sympathetic adrenergic system and the cardiovascular system.
