Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 50 years; ASA I and II; BMI18.5-28 kg/m2; Preoperative blood pressure and blood volume were normal; Patients underwent rapid sequence induce and intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anticipated difficult airway; Severe cardiopulmonary disease;Severe hepatorenal dysfunction; Severe endocrine diseases; Opioid-dependent patients; Contraindications to induced drugs; Preoperative use of cardiovascular drugs; Pregnancy; Mental incompetence.
