20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 20 to 65 years, 2.Elective video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(left pulmonary lobectomy or segmentectomy), 3.Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Expected difficult intubation, 2.Use of a right DLT, 3.Evidence of left main bronchus abnormality, 4.History of ipsilateral thoracic surgery or pleural disease, 5.Severe restrictive lung disease(fibrosis or emphysema), 6.Contraindicate DLT or BB, 7.Patients with communication difficulty, 8.FEV1=65% predicted value.
