Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 178 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (113 males, 65 females, age range: 19-85 years) enrolled in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism, the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, who met the inclusion criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with long-term use of hormones and other drugs that affect bone metabolism are excluded. In addition, individuals with liver dysfunction (acute major hepatitis; alanine amino acid) non-transferase, or aspartate aminotransferase > 1.5 times the upper limit of normal), renal insufficiency (serum creatinine = 115 µmol / L, Or glomerular filtration rate [GFR] <60 mL / min / 1.73 m 2), hypothyroidism or hypothyroidism, acute infection, malignancy or mental illness were also excluded.
