18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1, aged 20-60 years; 2, benign thyroid disease resection, thyroid modified radical surgery; 3, ASA classification: I-II level; 4, body mass index (BMI) at 18.5-30kg / m2; 5, signed informed Consent and willing to follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Poorly controlled medical diseases (hypertension, diabetes); infectious diseases (such as tuberculosis); herpes zoster; neurological and psychiatric diseases; glaucoma, cataract; arrhythmia, bradycardia (HR less than 50 beats / min); Peptic ulcer disease; rheumatoid arthritis; liver and kidney failure; allergic to test drugs;
